About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high‑quality, safe, patient‑centered care. They utilize evidence‑based practices, perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Deliver relationship‑based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members via interdisciplinary communication and documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence‑based practice initiatives.
• Support professional development by completing required competencies and mentoring peers.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with clinical hours are eligible.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities.
