About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides individualized, high‑quality, and safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in an acute‑care setting during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

Perform the full nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence‑based practice.
Deliver patient‑centered care to diverse populations, communicate effectively with patients and families, and coordinate safe, quality care.
Support performance improvement, participate in research, mentor colleagues, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
Current RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact) and required certifications.
Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
