About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient‑centered care. They implement the nursing process using evidence‑based practices, critical thinking, and individualized care to achieve optimal outcomes, emphasizing relationship‑based care and cultural competence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Coordinate and document safe, effective care promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and respectful communication.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and uphold clinical standards and policies.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and a healthy work environment.
• Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and evidence‑based practice activities.

Required profile

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure (single or multi‑state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and commitment to professional growth.
