Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Full Time

About the role

The Med Surg RN will support a multi‑campus care team in a dynamic, high‑impact environment, delivering patient‑centered care across the continuum.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence‑based nursing care from assessment through evaluation.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and goals.
• Contribute to team collaboration, safety, and a respectful work environment.
• Engage in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Lead in applying evidence‑based practices and participate in patient‑care decisions.
• Plan proactively across the patient‑care journey to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and support continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• RN license (single or multi‑state) with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2+ years recent Med Surg experience with computer data‑entry skills.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems (preferred).
