About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Acute Care – MedSurg to deliver high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive care and partner with patients and families.
Coordinate safe care delivery and support performance-improvement and research initiatives.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
Ensure documentation and communication across the care team.

Required profile

Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Strong critical thinking, communication, time-management and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to use technology effectively and respond decisively in emergencies.
Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice and adherence to policies.
