About the role

We are seeking a PRN Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to manage critically ill pediatric cardiology patients in a new high‑acuity ICU. The role involves delivering comprehensive care in a fast‑paced environment while helping to shape a brand‑new critical‑care program.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers within a team‑based model.
Participate in program development, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams.
Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.

Required profile

Valid certification as an ACNP or PA.
Critical‑care experience preferred.
Ability to work flexible day and night shifts in an ICU setting.
