Service Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Service Manager will lead daily service operations for Holiday Inn Telavi, ensuring a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Based in Tbilisi, this full‑time, on‑site position coordinates front‑of‑house and guest service teams while maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel service activities and monitor service quality.
• Coordinate front‑of‑house staff, guest service teams, and other department leaders.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Review guest feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Support staff training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality service management.
• Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English; Georgian is a plus.
• Collaborative leadership style with experience coaching diverse teams.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
