Accounts Payable & Income Auditor

About the role

The Accounts Payable and Income Auditor will join the finance team at Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Riverview, handling both supplier payments and daily revenue verification. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures accurate financial reporting and supports month‑end closing activities in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record supplier invoices and verify payment requests.
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Audit daily income, review and balance revenue reports from front office and food & beverage outlets.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Prepare financial summaries and support month‑end closing activities.
• Maintain organized documentation and collaborate with other departments to resolve billing or revenue issues.
• Adhere to internal controls, hotel policies, and relevant financial procedures.

Required profile

• Strong experience in accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Proven ability to audit income and control revenue variances.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality finance or a similar accounting role is an advantage.
