Sales Manager – Hotel & Hospitality

About the role

The Sales Manager will be based on‑site at Radisson RED Tbilisi and is responsible for driving room, events and F&B revenue. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and event organizers to maximise sales across multiple market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Group and Government segments.
• Drive revenue across Corporate, MICE, Leisure and High‑End segments.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and pricing strategy.
• Prepare and present sales offers, presentations, contracts and business correspondence.
• Build relationships with local and international companies and partners.
• Conduct sales calls and client visits.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide weekly sales activity reports and participate in meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, with a strong track record in corporate, leisure and MICE segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Georgian; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of the Tbilisi hospitality market and current industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
