Senior IT Recruiter – Remote

About the role

Digipal, a software delivery partner for SMEs, scale‑ups and agencies across the US, UK and EU, is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to lead the acquisition of top‑tier technology talent. Working remotely, you will partner with business units and sourcing specialists to build pipelines, conduct interviews and ensure a strong cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Department to define hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Work closely with Sourcing Specialists to generate candidate pipelines via job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Conduct HR interviews with technical candidates, evaluating experience, motivation, communication, career goals and cultural alignment.
• Prepare high‑quality candidate profiles and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Handle multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional recruitment experience, including 2+ years in an IT recruitment agency, staff augmentation or outsourcing environment.
• Proven ability to manage several positions across different technologies and seniority levels.
• Strong full‑cycle recruitment expertise and hands‑on experience interviewing technical candidates.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
