About the role

As an Onboarding Specialist you will be the bridge between offer and success, guiding doctors and healthcare professionals through the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions and complete documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding for doctors joining U.S. healthcare organizations.
• Manage documentation, card issuance, and internal forms for new hires.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition experience.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to optimise onboarding workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English (B2+ level) with clear, professional communication.
• Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or recruitment roles.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• A supportive, solution‑focused approach to helping new hires navigate the process.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
