HR Generalist & Administrator (Hybrid, Tbilisi)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist/HR Administrator to own end‑to‑end HR operations for our fast‑growing tech company. The role combines HR documentation, recruitment, onboarding, compliance and office‑environment management in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HR documentation, employee contracts and internal personnel records.
• Support managers and team leads with day‑to‑day HR matters.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring and closing vacancies.
• Own onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
• Ensure compliance with Georgian labour law, internal policies and safety regulations.
• Plan and organise team‑building events, workshops, celebrations and other cultural activities.
• Coordinate with office administrative staff to keep the workplace well‑organized.
• Continuously optimise HR processes, systems and workflows for efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations, preferably in tech or product companies.
• Strong knowledge of Georgian labour law and workplace safety regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with HR administration, employee contracts and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Proactive mindset with a proven track record of improving HR processes.
• Fluent in English and Georgian with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
