Human Capital Leader

About the role

The Human Capital Leader designs and executes people strategies that align with business goals, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into workforce initiatives and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Lead employer branding, university relations, recruitment marketing and career events.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, selection and workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding, induction training and employee integration.
• Administer employment documentation, personnel records and leave data in Workday.
• Plan headcount, budgeting, salary and bonus administration.
• Drive performance management cycles, goal setting and feedback processes.
• Coordinate learning and development programs, track attendance and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, including HR generalist or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Georgian labour legislation and HR administration.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
