Senior Growth Manager - CIS

About the role

The Senior Growth Manager will lead the market marketing strategy for the CIS region, shaping annual plans and driving key business metrics such as registrations, first‑time traders, monthly active users, trading activity and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the market marketing strategy and annual planning.
• Drive business KPIs including registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity and revenue growth.
• Allocate and prioritize the marketing budget.
• Identify high‑impact growth opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional planning with Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
• Define market priorities and go‑to‑market direction.
• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
• Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Proven experience owning business KPIs.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Leadership potential with the ability to grow into a Market Lead role.
• Crypto, fintech or tech experience is a strong advantage.
• Native Russian speaker with strong English communication skills.
