DX Promo Supervisor Caucasus

About the role

The DX Promo Supervisor will lead the Demand Acceleration promotional agenda across the assigned Caucasus market, ensuring effective execution, performance monitoring and optimisation of promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the DX Promo agenda in line with promotional strategy, guidance and excellence standards.
• Monitor promotional performance and execution quality across customers, channels and activities.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting commercial targets and build a pipeline of corrective actions.
• Translate performance insights into actions that improve ROI, execution quality and business results.
• Support validation of promotional assumptions and forecasts with market‑level insights.
• Provide market inputs on customer priorities, promotional mechanics, competitive activity and execution constraints.
• Bring promotional performance updates and risk assessments into PMR and DMR discussions.
• Act as the voice of the market, monitoring competitor promotions and informing strategy refinement.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day DX Promo partner for Sales and cross‑functional teams, coordinating preparation and execution.
• Work with Business Development to ensure timely promo setup in systems and accurate execution.
• Partner with Revenue Growth Management to align promotions with mechanics, pricing architecture and trade investment principles.
• Collaborate with other functions (e.g., finance, supply chain) to ensure seamless promo delivery.
