Sales Project Manager – Luxury Audio Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Project Manager to lead the performance of our Bang & Olufsen showroom in Tbilisi. The role combines showroom leadership, B2B partnership development and close collaboration with marketing to drive luxury‑grade sales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, coach and train the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify, network and secure partnerships with interior designers, architects, premium developers and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in‑store events, product showcases and brand activations.
• Set and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets, margins and conversion rates, using CRM tools for reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales, showroom management or business development, preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
• Existing network within Tbilisi’s architecture and interior‑design community is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
