Office Administrator & Sales Representative (Seasonal)

About the role

Ski Gudauri is seeking a motivated Office Administrator and Sales Representative to support the resort during the busy winter season. The role combines front‑desk customer service, sales of ski lessons and equipment, and daily administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the office and rental location, providing professional information about services.
• Promote and sell ski lessons, equipment rentals, and other resort offerings.
• Manage bookings and customer data using the company’s CRM system.
• Process reservations accurately and handle online and in‑person customer communications.
• Coordinate with instructors, rental staff, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform daily administrative and organizational tasks, including paperwork and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, administration, customer service, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Confident in direct sales and customer interaction.
• Highly organized, punctual, responsible and able to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work in Gudauri throughout the winter season (December‑April).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and general office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Solid computer skills for data entry and reservation management.
