Sales Executive – Georgia

About the role

In this role you will drive new partner sales in a high‑velocity environment, building a business pipeline, closing deals and meeting monthly, quarterly and annual quotas. You will work closely with strategic accounts, manage C‑level meetings and leverage Salesforce to track activity.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture new partner opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Close deals and achieve quota targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Lead the Strategic Accounts (Block A) decision‑makers committee using local market knowledge.
• Conduct C‑level meetings and act as the primary point of contact for key partners.
• Utilise Salesforce daily, report activity, and provide feedback on platform enhancements.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and adjust strategies to meet daily input and quarterly objectives.
• Mentor new joiners, sharing tools and business‑development methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑performance sales.
• Background in a startup or fast‑paced environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence, communicate and drive change at senior levels.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and results‑driven mindset.
