Junior Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Merchant Operations Specialist who will support partner merchants on the Bolt Food platform. You will help onboard new merchants, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while communicating clearly with partners.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, train and activate new partner merchants, ensuring accurate platform setup.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical and operational support, investigate issues and follow cases through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally with merchants via phone, email or chat, answering questions and offering guidance.
• Review merchant information and platform settings to identify errors and prevent recurring problems.
• Analyse performance data to make informed judgments and recommend appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, coordinate invoicing requests and improve processes.

Required profile

• Motivated to build a career in merchant operations and support Bolt Food partners.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in configurations and documentation.
• Persistent problem‑solver who enjoys investigating technical and operational challenges.
• Clear and professional communicator across multiple channels.
• Data‑driven decision maker who bases actions on evidence.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Georgian.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
