Sales Account Executive (AI Recruitment Solutions)

About the role

Qureos is an AI‑driven recruitment platform looking for a Sales Account Executive to accelerate its growth in the UK market. You will help enterprises compress hiring timelines by selling our AI‑powered sourcing, screening and interviewing solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound outreach to negotiation and signed contracts.
• Drive revenue growth across mid‑market and enterprise accounts in the UK.
• Generate leads, conduct discovery calls, present demos and close deals.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and talent acquisition teams to understand hiring challenges and position Qureos as a strategic solution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and report on sales metrics.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales, preferably as an Account Executive.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Strong knowledge of the UK business culture, procurement processes and buyer behavior.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
