About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high‑quality nursing care in collaboration with the patient care team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient‑centered care and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans, applying professional judgment to promote outcomes and wellbeing.
• Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, and assist with care coordination and prioritization.
• Advocate for patients and communicate health information effectively to families and team members while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals for quality and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain professional licenses and certifications, pursue ongoing training, and stay current with industry best practices.
• Mentor and support professional growth of colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards.

Required profile

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Active nursing license (multi‑state or single‑state) and BLS certification required.
