Registered Nurse (RN) – PT Days – Oncology (Acute Care)

About the role

RN Clinical Nurse, a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized, high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical setting supported by evidence‑based practices and organizational models.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver relationship‑based, patient‑centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence‑based practice initiatives, promoting safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred) and a valid RN license (single or multi‑state compact) with BLS certification.
• Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably with direct patient care in oncology or acute care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments, respond decisively to emergencies and utilize technology effectively.
