RN – Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry – Full-Time Night Shift

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) works within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, safe patient care in an acute cardiac telemetry setting. This full‑time night‑shift position follows evidence‑based practices and organizational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence‑based standards.
• Provide relationship‑based, patient‑centered care, involving patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication and documentation.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance to enhance patient outcomes.
• Act as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Valid RN license (single or multi‑state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient‑care experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in fast‑paced environments.
