We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, ensure high‑quality service, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role combines operational oversight with staff leadership in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant’s daily operational processes efficiently.
• Control service quality and guarantee a high‑level experience for guests.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff members.
• Plan work schedules and coordinate operational activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers.
• Track sales and financial performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with sanitary, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Interact with guests and manage feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the restaurant sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of international hospitality service standards.
• High sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and ability to work under stress.
• Communicative proficiency in English and Russian.
