About the role
Wolt is looking for a proactive Shift Lead to manage its grocery team in Tbilisi. You will ensure smooth store operations, support the team, and maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact when the Store Manager is absent.
- Resolve operational issues and assist team members as needed.
- Monitor workload, efficiency, and staff well‑being.
- Collect and forward feedback to improve store processes.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Grocery Associate or in a similar retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proactive, service‑oriented, fast learner with strong multitasking skills.
- Fluent in Georgian; English proficiency is a plus.

- Team leadership in a retail setting.
- Problem‑solving and operational management.
