About the role
The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in providing high-quality, safe, and patient‑centered care within an interdisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence‑based practices and cultural sensitivity.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating care across the surgical and bariatric units.
- Partnering with patients and families to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Documenting care accurately and comprehensively.
- Supporting performance improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Associate’s Degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Valid RN license (multi‑state compact).
- At least 2 years of direct patient‑care experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with clinical technology.
- BLS certification.
- BLS Instructor certification.
