About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role as part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering individualized, high‑quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting supported by evidence‑based practices and organizational models.

Key responsibilities

Perform the nursing process – assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Partner with patients and families to deliver patient‑centered care that respects cultural diversity.
Coordinate care through effective communication, documentation, and collaboration.
Support performance‑improvement initiatives and participate in research.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development.

Required profile

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Active RN license (single or multi‑state).
BLS certification.
Less than one year of clinical practice or completed nursing clinical hours (preferred).
