About the role

Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment, working night shifts on a MedSurg unit.

Key responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes.
Serve as a patient advocate, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.
Document patient conditions, care provided, and incidents accurately.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
Mentor and foster growth of fellow nurses, promoting professionalism and shared governance.
Maintain licensure, certifications, and stay current with industry best practices.
Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and professional standards in all activities.

Required profile

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Current RN license (single state or multi‑state compact).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration abilities.
