About the role

Seeking experienced Med‑Surg Registered Nurses to join a dynamic, multi‑campus care team supporting a high‑impact healthcare organization. You will deliver personalized, evidence‑based nursing care, own the entire nursing process, and build meaningful connections with patients and families.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contribute to performance‑improvement projects, and participate in shared‑governance initiatives.
Apply evidence‑based practices, support continuous improvement, and proactively manage resources to optimize patient care.
Engage in ongoing education, mentorship, research, and quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

Current RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum of 2 years recent Med‑Surg experience.
Familiarity with computer data entry and healthcare systems such as Epic and 3M.

Required skills

Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
Experience using 3M healthcare software.
