About the role

We are seeking experienced Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurses to join a multi‑campus, mission‑driven healthcare team. In this full‑time day‑shift position you will provide personalized, evidence‑based care, manage the nursing process from assessment through evaluation, and build meaningful connections with patients and families.

Key responsibilities

Deliver evidence‑based patient care and drive top clinical outcomes.
Participate in performance‑improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance.
Mentor fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
Assist with resource management and care planning to reduce readmissions.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
Current RN licensure (single‑state or multi‑state) with BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum two years recent Med‑Surg experience.
Proficiency with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.

Required skills

Epic electronic health record system.
3M clinical documentation tools.
Microsoft Office and basic technology tools.
