About the role

Seeking a dedicated Med Surg RN to join a high‑impact, multi‑campus care team supporting a mission‑driven organization committed to enhancing health and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

Own the nursing process from assessment through evaluation, delivering personalized, evidence‑based care.
Build meaningful connections with patients and families while applying clinical expertise to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate within a respectful, team‑oriented environment, contributing to staff engagement, performance‑improvement projects and shared governance.
Manage resources proactively, shaping protocols to improve patient experiences and reduce readmissions.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license (single or multi‑state).
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum 2 + years recent Med‑Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
Preferred BSN degree, national certification and familiarity with Epic and 3M systems.
