Clinical Trial Assistant – Tbilisi

About the role

Join Biomapas' global Clinical Operations team as a Clinical Trial Assistant based in Tbilisi. You will handle administrative tasks and support the project team throughout the start‑up, execution, and close‑out phases of clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Support Clinical Operations and trial start‑up activities, including feasibility assessments.
• Maintain study files, perform regular quality checks, and manage the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
• Assist with import/export documentation, logistics coordination, and communication with customs brokers for trial materials.
• Provide investigators with ethics committee submission support and manage payment processes.
• Maintain various clinical trial systems and platforms, and offer operational support to the Clinical Operations department.
• Assist Clinical Research Associates and Project Managers with trial‑related administrative duties.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Experience in clinical trials or related IT systems is beneficial.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
