Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care from assessment to evaluation, fostering strong patient and family relationships.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe, respectful environment and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Apply evidence‑based practices, participate in research, and support patient safety and quality improvement efforts.
• Plan proactively across the patient care journey, shaping protocols to enhance experiences and reduce readmissions.
• Mentor and guide fellow nurses, overseeing professional development and competency assessments.
• Utilize clinical expertise to achieve optimal outcomes while ensuring resource efficiency and effective care planning.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single or multi‑state) with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical abilities, with calmness under pressure.
