Registered Nurse – Med Surg – Full‑Time Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in medical‑surgical care to work the night shift on a full‑time basis. The RN will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, acting as a key liaison between patients, families and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care plans and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes and wellbeing.
• Deliver care using independent judgment; communicate and coordinate patient care with team members.
• Prioritize patient flow and experience; maintain documentation of assessments, care provided, and incidents.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, provide education, and communicate vital information to families and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives; support organizational goals for quality and safety.
• Mentor and support colleagues, foster a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid RN license and certifications, including BLS; multi‑state licensure preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to professional development, quality improvement and ongoing leadership growth.
