Registered Nurse – Med Surg – Full-Time Nights

About the role

The registered nurse provides high‑quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Serving as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, the RN ensures patient‑centered care and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, contributing to care planning and execution.
• Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies and procedures.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Associate or diploma in nursing; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi‑state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
