About the role

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg RN to join a high‑impact, multi‑campus care team supporting patient care across various settings.

Key responsibilities

Deliver personalized, evidence‑based nursing care from assessment through evaluation.
Build meaningful connections with patients and families while respecting their values and goals.
Drive top clinical outcomes using best practices and clinical expertise.
Foster a safe, respectful team environment and contribute to staff engagement.
Participate in performance improvement projects, research, and shared governance initiatives.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) with an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications.
Minimum 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.
Effective teamwork, mentorship abilities, and commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.

Required skills

Experience using Epic electronic health record system.
Familiarity with 3M clinical documentation tools.
Computer data entry proficiency.
