About the role
Join a dynamic critical care nursing team as part of a float pool that provides versatile, high‑impact patient care across multiple facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑based, individualized patient care.
- Manage high‑acuity patients in intensive care settings.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical events.
- Partner with patients and families for education and advocacy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license (compact or single state).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 2+ years recent critical care experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU).
- CCRN certification is a plus.
Required skills
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- CCRN certification (preferred).
