Registered Nurse – Critical Care (ICU) – Full-Time Night Shift

About the role

The Critical Care Registered Nurse will join a floating pool team, delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care across multiple ICU settings during night shifts. This full‑time position offers the chance to work with complex, high‑acuity patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, high‑acuity patients confidently using full nursing processes.
• Administer medications, infusions, and treatments accurately and safely.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in critical patient conditions.
• Partner with patients and families to provide education, advocacy, and empowerment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal standards of care.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license (compact or single state).
• Minimum 2+ years recent critical care experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU, or similar).
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, adaptable, organized, and team‑oriented.

Required skills

• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• CCRN certification (preferred).
• Medication administration.
• Infusion therapy administration.
