About the role

Provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. Acts as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure patient‑centered care and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures.
• Advocate for patients and families by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring clear communication.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support the growth of fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and adhering to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Relevant licenses and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and multi‑state RN license.
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
