About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and providers, ensuring patient‑centered care and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and respond to patients' conditions, supporting care plans and promoting well‑being.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies, maintaining detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and incidents.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating, and communicating with families and staff to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, suggest process enhancements, and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional licenses/certifications, pursue ongoing development, and stay current with industry best practices.
• Mentor and support colleagues, foster a positive work environment, and uphold ethical standards and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• Valid RN license (multi‑state or single‑state), BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to professional growth.
