About the role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient‑centered care and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, contribute to care plans, and deliver safe, effective care in accordance with policies.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring timely communication with families and staff.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, supporting organizational goals for quality and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support peers, fostering a positive work environment while adhering to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
• Support shared governance principles and contribute to recruitment efforts.

Required profile

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Valid RN license (multi‑state or single state) and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of two years leadership experience and two years Med‑Surg experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaborative abilities.
