About the role

The Registered Nurse will join an interdisciplinary team delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered acute care for post‑surgical and telemetry patients. The position emphasizes evidence‑based practice, safety, and collaborative care in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence‑based standards.
Provide culturally sensitive, relationship‑based care and educate patients and families.
Coordinate and document safe, quality care while fostering teamwork across disciplines.
Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities.
Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote professional development.

Required profile

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
Active RN license (single‑state or multi‑state compact) with required certifications, including BLS.
Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience in acute care.
Strong communication, interpersonal, critical‑thinking, and time‑management abilities.
