About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They follow evidence‑based practices, uphold professional standards, and support system policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using critical thinking and evidence‑based practices.
• Provide patient‑centered care tailored to cultural and population‑specific needs, fostering partnerships with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting a respectful, inclusive environment and practicing teamwork across disciplines.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance to enhance patient safety and care quality.
• Support professional development by completing required training, mentoring colleagues, and serving as a preceptor or role model.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and active RN licensure in the relevant state(s).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred, with a focus on direct patient care.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
