Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator will work at Lactalis Georgia’s dairy plant near Tbilisi, ensuring that equipment and production lines are ready and running smoothly. This full‑time position involves preparing inventory, controlling technical compliance, and maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare necessary inventory before production starts (raw material, containers, caps, etc.).
• Set up machines and equipment, checking technical compliance and washing procedures.
• Complete and continuously monitor registration paperwork.
• Start and supervise machine and equipment operation.
• Continuously control product quality, appearance, dimensions, weight, and packaging integrity (seal, production and storage dates).
• Monitor equipment performance during operation.
• After production, clean, organize, and perform special processing of the equipment.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a higher education degree.
• Previous experience in a similar production or machine‑operator role.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Strong sense of responsibility and operational awareness.
