Pricing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Pricing Engineer to support our Sales and Engineering teams. In this role you will analyze CAD models and technical drawings, assess manufacturability, calculate costs, and provide DFM feedback to ensure accurate and timely quoting for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and CAD models (in English) to calculate manufacturing costs, including materials, machining hours and post‑processing.
• Provide recommendations on manufacturing processes and document calculations for the Sales/Commercial team.
• Review 3D models and 2D drawings for quoting and manufacturability feedback.
• Organize RFQs, clarify details with Sales and Engineering, and maintain quote databases with timely updates.
• Deliver high‑quality, accurate quotes ideally within 1–2 working hours and support process‑automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher technical education (Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer or similar).
• 6+ years of experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering.
• English proficiency at B2+ level and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
• IT‑enthusiast ready to adopt modern CAD/CAM, CRM and cloud tools.

Required skills

• CAD model analysis and cost calculation.
• Machining processes: turning, milling, CNC machining, EDM, laser/waterjet/plasma cutting, sheet metal processing, welding.
• Post‑processing methods: polishing, hardening, heat treatment, anodizing, sand/shot blasting, coatings, painting.
• Material knowledge for metals, plastics and composites.
• CAM programming with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CypCut and tooling/fixture design.
