About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering high‑quality, safe, patient‑centered care in acute care and medical‑surgical settings. The role emphasizes evidence‑based practice, cultural competence, and collaborative relationships with patients, families, and staff.

Key responsibilities

Perform the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Provide relationship‑based, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual patient needs.
Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
Coordinate safe, quality care, document accurately, and foster teamwork.
Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence‑based practices.

Required profile

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and active RN licensure (single‑state or multi‑state compact).
Current BLS certification.
Minimum five years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care within acute or med‑surg environments.
