Medical Representative (RX) – Tbilisi

About the role

Recordati is seeking a motivated Medical Representative (RX) to promote its pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory in Georgia. You will be the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, building relationships and ensuring the company's offerings are well‑understood and adopted.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve marketing and promotional targets in the designated area through effective market development.
• Present and promote company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Collaborate with state pharmaceutical structures and networks.
• Prepare and implement action plans for the territory.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of visits, performance, and merchandising activities.
• Work closely with other Pharmaceutical Representatives covering the same region.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative.
• Strong social and communication abilities.
• Business‑oriented mindset with analytical and proactive attitude.
• Fluent Georgian; good written and spoken English is an advantage.
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
