Clinical Trial Assistant (Tbilisi)

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant to support our global clinical operations team in Tbilisi. The role involves handling administrative tasks throughout the start‑up, execution and close‑out phases of clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinical operation and start‑up activities, including feasibility assessments.
• Maintain study files, perform regular quality checks and manage the electronic trial master file (eTMF).
• Assist with import/export documentation and logistics for trial materials, coordinating with customs brokers.
• Provide support to investigational sites for ethics committee submissions and investigator payments.
• Maintain various clinical trial systems and platforms, and offer operational support to the Clinical Operations department.
• Assist Clinical Research Associates and Project Managers with trial‑related activities and general office administration.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in a life‑science field.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Experience in clinical trials or related environments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with IT systems used in clinical operations.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with IT systems for clinical operations.
