About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high‑quality, safe, and patient‑centered care in a 28‑bed med‑surg unit. They utilize evidence‑based nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to ensure individualized care tailored to diverse patient populations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver relationship‑based care and partner with patients and families.
• Practice in accordance with clinical standards and organizational policies.
• Coordinate care through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and promote evidence‑based practice.
• Serve as preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth.
• Participate in research and quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Current RN license with at least 6 months of direct patient‑care experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal, critical‑thinking, time‑management, and technological skills.
• Basic proficiency in English and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
