Junior Corporate Sales Specialist

About the role

Patronus Legal is seeking a Junior Corporate Sales Specialist to join its fast‑growing team in Vake, Tbilisi. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with corporate clients and supporting the company’s expansion in the Georgian market.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients and introduce Patronus Legal’s tech‑enabled services.
• Identify client needs, tailor offers and present solutions that match those needs.
• Record and maintain pipeline data for all leads in the CRM system.
• Conduct follow‑up communications, gather feedback and nurture relationships.
• Work towards defined sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Complete daily tasks assigned by the sales supervisor.

Required profile

• Fluency in Georgian and English.
• Experience in sales, preferably in a call‑center, telesales or cold‑calling environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a proven focus on achieving targets.
• Resilience in handling objections and rejections.
• High sense of responsibility, discipline and good organisational skills.
